Adoptables/Auctions

You are allowed to resell/trade my designs. But the design cannot be resold higher than its original price without extra art.
Designs cannot be refunded.
Designs may be gifted and co-owned.
Minor edits are permitted.
Anonymous bidding and auto-buying are permitted.
My designs cannot be used for NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or any systems similar to them.
Deleting bids will result in blacklisting. Please bid responsibly.

Commissons

Payment will only be through Paypal invoices.
Payment will be made in full and will be requested after sketch confirmation (below).
A sketch will be sent before completion to assure everything is satisfactory with you. Changes can only be made during this stage and line art.
Please provide visual character references. I do not accept character descriptions.
You may request a refund if I take greater than two months with little to no progress made. I may offer a refund if I am unable to complete a commission due to sudden circumstances.
Please allow a window of 1-8 weeks for your commission to be completed. If there is a delay, I will let you know promptly.
Updates will be sent after every step is completed (line art, base coloring etc.)
Feel free to share your commission with credit.
I am entitled to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable or is out of my skill level. Thank you for understanding.
You may not request a chargeback nor refund after the completion of your commisson.
